Refund Policy
At Mens Gallery, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- The shoes must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all refunds.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for refund or exchange.
